Gabriela Safehaven is a collective of women from within the Filipino and Sout East Asian Community in the UK. They are self organising to ‘emancipate themselves from the patriarchy, misogyny and racism that holds them back’. They focus on the many women from this community trafficked to the UK. The Community Action Fund will support their current campaign to ensure these women, often trapped in modern slavery, can access Indefinite Leave to Remain.
