Saathi House works with local women and young people from Aston, Birmingham. They aim to elevate the status and position of migrant women and young people from within these communities. They help them find their voice and take up space in local civic institutions. They are rooted within this community, with over 80% of their current staff drawn from previous service users. The Community Action Fund will support their ‘Empowering Women for Civic Power Project’. This aims to build networks and leadership capacity.
