Brighton and Hove Community Land Trust is organising communities in housing need. They aim to provide alternatives to the current housing market and to win decent and affordable homes. They already have a membership of over 700 and have set up a pioneering student housing cooperative. The Community Action Fund will help them ensure new, local housing developments centre community needs.
